Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Bakerly platform ("Platform"), designed for managing bakeries, including order management, a public catalog, WhatsApp integration, finances and pricing.

To provide the Platform's services, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Email
• Phone number
• Order data (products, amounts, deadlines, deliveries)

The personal data collected is used exclusively to operate the bakery management Platform, including:

• Creating and maintaining the user's account
• Processing and managing orders
• Communicating with customers via integrated WhatsApp
• Generating reports and dashboards
• Issuing invoices and financial control

The processing of the personal data described in these Terms is based on Article 7, item I, of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), which authorizes the processing of data necessary for the performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to a contract.

The Platform does not share personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Payment gateway — data strictly necessary to process charges (e.g., Stripe)
• WhatsApp provider — data necessary for integration and sending messages via WhatsApp Business API (e.g., wppconnect)

The partners above are subject to their own privacy policies and to LGPD rules.

Personal data is retained while the user's account is active and for an additional period of 90 (ninety) days after the account deletion request, to allow for data recovery and compliance with legal obligations. After this period, the data is securely deleted.

In accordance with the LGPD, the data subject has the right to:

• Confirmation that processing exists and access to the data
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
• Portability of data to another service provider
• Revocation of consent, when processing is based on this legal basis

The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activities carried out on their account. They must immediately notify the Platform in case of unauthorized use.

The Platform may change these Terms at any time, notifying the user by email or notification on the platform. Continued use after the change implies acceptance of the new terms.
